By calling us, booking a visit, or using this website, you agree to these terms. They explain how our services work and what we both can expect. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.
Our services
A&S Heating and Cooling provides heating and cooling installation, repair, and maintenance for homes. Our technicians are trained on all major brands, and we have served local homes since 2018.
Service area
We are based in West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, and serve Allegheny, Westmoreland, Washington, Beaver, and Butler counties. If your home is outside these areas, call us at +1 (412) 783-5323 and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Booking a visit
Book by calling +1 (412) 783-5323 — you will speak with a real person on our team. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 7AM to 7PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 4PM. We will agree on a visit time with you when you call, and our technician will arrive within the agreed window.
Prices
We give you a clear, upfront price before any work starts, and we explain your options in plain words. The price covers exactly what we agree on. If we find extra work is needed once we start, we will stop, explain it, and let you decide — we never add charges without your approval.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished, unless we agree on something else with you in advance. For larger installations, we will agree on a payment plan with you before the work begins.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your visit, please call us as early as you can so we can offer the time slot to another customer. We understand that plans change — just keep us informed.
Your responsibilities
To help us do a good job, please give our technician safe access to your heating or cooling system, tell us about the problem as accurately as you can, and keep pets secured during the visit. If we cannot safely reach the equipment, we may need to reschedule.
Warranty
Our labor comes with a workmanship warranty — if something we installed or repaired fails because of our work, we will make it right. Parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under the brand’s own terms, and we will help you with any warranty claim on parts we supplied.
Liability
We take great care in your home. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service we provided to you. We are not responsible for problems that existed before our visit, or for damage caused by systems we did not install or service, unless our work directly caused it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time as our business grows. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled under Pennsylvania law.
